I’ll start out by saying that I’ve been searching for a couple days now and I’m finding mixed answers over the past years on TW. Sorry for not posting this in the suspension thread, but I think I’ll get better answers here because the answer is different for a 3rd Gen.

Which spring rate and size do you recommend for my SR5 double cab 4x4? I have no added weight. I’m trying to get 2.5” of lift with the extended travel Fox 2.5 coilovers.
I’ve read that the 0”-3” lift on these shocks equates to only 0”-2” on the third gen Tacoma’s. Is this true or can I get 2.5” of lift with the springs that come with it, which are 600# 13” size?

Also for the people that have this setup and lift height, what is the measurement of the threads ( in inches) above the spring adjustment ring to net you 2.5” of lift?
