AC vents , how do you remove side vents?

    HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE INSIDE LOUVER VENTS
    Or do you HAVE TO remove the dash?
    Mine moves all around up and down

    Maybe I need to figure out how to just remove the side vents and replace

    I am pretty sure those vents pop out with a screwdriver pushed into the right place. Am positive the center ones do.

    Yup, I got some black felt tabs that you put under a chair leg that has the peel off sticky and cut
    a small rectangular section and works perfectly under the vent.

    Push the vent facing down and put the felt tab under the vent then reset the vent.

    i liked what i saw! it was impressive
    mine are not loose (yet) i try to just move the little center piece side to side to direct airflow, and not push the whole thing up and town, less wear and tear i suppose
