2018 frame recall

    Called Toyota 800-331-4331 rep was very helpful explaining CRC application warranty. #1 Dealer guarantee one year #2 Toyota guarantee 9 years when applied. If inspected regularly by a Toyota dealer not yearly (3 years or more) Will be reapplied to continue with warranty if needed. This called open door policy. After market undercoatings if certified by dealer (not Toyota) that will be applied along with frame and CRC treatment will not effect this 9 year warranty. Rep advised me to keep records and documentation. Hope this helps in your questions on this CRC application. Who knows how much dear knows about all of this because new service campaign. Also call Toyota for your own information. Good Luck to all.
