Hey guys, I know the AAL discussion has been talked about a lot in the past, but I got a variation of this question.

As of now I have stock suspension and 265's (ko2's). I have a camper shell, with a heavy DIY wooden deck in the back, and I usually drive around with camping stuff in there too. So there is some sag and I want to level that. Also, when I load up the dirt bike, it nearly bottoms out.

Anyway, I was looking to get the progressive icon aal 1.5". Is this a good fit if I will have a heavy load? Should I keep the overload leaf?

And lastly, I am gonna do the rear first and see how it looks, then potentially lift the front 1 inch or so.

Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

It comes down to just what your leaf springs are like now.

Adding extra weight capacity to worn out springs does little .

Do you have the real weight of your truck ?

Funny how fast that figure goes up .

I don't have the real weight. But I would say the deck + drawers is 200 lbs, camper shell 100? roof rack 50lbs, canopy maybe 40.

That's all guesses. I'm not really sure how to determine if springs are worn out or not.
