    I also had another HB Belgian Pale. I used Domino Dots for carbonation on this batch and so far I’m disappointed with the amount of carb after 2 weeks.

    On a better note, my Belgian beer order has made it stateside. Hopefully won’t be much longer before it makes it to the door.

    Apparently got some trub in the pour of Happy hops. Both pretty good.

    I definitely plan to explore rye in a pale ale/IPA soon. I had this the other day and its amazing. Whatever hops are used perfectly meld with the rye. Very citrusy with a hint of rye spice.
