Hey guys was looking thru the forums and couldn’t find a thread on this, so was looking for opinions.
I camp often just about every other weekend or so and wanted to do a cheap suspension upgrade and was wondering if I could swap suspension from a 4wd trd sport or off-road onto my 2wd sr? Saw some struts and springs and upper control arms for relatively cheap with low miles. Any knowledge or opinions appreciated thanks!!

Dont bother, nothing wrong with the setup you already have, which is basically the same as the 4x4 TRD.

Sorry forgot to mention dealer told me my front right strut needs to be replaced soon I’m assuming from an accident I was in 2016 on that side maybe tweaked it and it wore faster. Saw some “trd off-road” bilsteins with for 160 with only 2k close by would it be worth the trouble you think? Thanks!

    Stuff, things, this, an ADS
The off road ones will be a little softer and you’ll get a little more body roll that’s about it. You have the same suspension now as the TRD sport. Depends if you want a soft or firm ride.

Again dont waste your money, put Bilstein 5100s all the way around if you have money to throw into it.

I'd grab em, if you don't want/need a lift it's a nice inexpensive upgrade from the SR suspension. I put the off-roads on my SR and have been happy. I am 4x4 but I would imagine they'll fit on 4x2 just fine.

Just wondering if you did the swap. Have a 2wd and was looking at swapping for a 2wd suspension (front struts and leaf springs). Thx
