2017 toyota tonneau cover (Tri fold)was tight when i got it, now loose how can i fix it?

When purchased it was tight not leaking. Now after a 2 years it can be picked up about an 1.5 inches and leaks water in the bed. Is there a way to fix thins, I love it and it allows me to lock the bed up with items making it secure.
