Head Unit stuck on "connected" screen

    So I've had this happen at seemingly random intervals probably 3 times in the year I've had the truck and it lasts anywhere from 10 minutes to two days. Basically when I get in and start my truck my phone connects to the head unit and instead of displaying the music info like normal it will get stuck on the screen that just says "connected." Some functions such as answering calls or changing songs from the steering wheel may or may not then work. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to avoid it? Pic attached
