How much are you carrying in the back of your truck? If you're not carrying a lot of weight then you need to give OME a call as they should be pretty stiff. I have a shell on my truck and used to carry a DRZ400 on a heavy steel hitch hauler and still didn't get much sag on just the springs; I haven't installed the overload leaf either.

How do you mean? My Dakars look like they sag too but apparently is normal.

Well the truth is that you can tell that the rear of the truck is way lower then the front

How much sag in the back? Like worn out stock sag? Or an inch or so sag?

Another question might be, what are you running up front for lift? Maybe to much lift in the front for your daily driving weight in the rear?

    Idk... just a thought...

To answer your question, yes. I would experiment with adding 1 spring at a time starting with the longest from the 3 leaf pack

Never asked, but I assume you have the HD pack?
I think you can still add another HD leaf to the HD pack for more lift. It'll probably then be really stiff af back there tho
