Pretty bad ass. Price is a little ridiculous for what it is, but its cool to see something you can't buy.

i dunno it’s not for me, but I can see why the person who did it would think it a worthy project. It was wrecked, so to bring it back to life would take effort anyways, whether he restored it to second gen looks or not. He probably saw an opportunity. plenty of people lamenting the loss of a regular cab, plenty of people complaining about the new engine/ transmission combos, plenty of people like the looks of the third gen. Army greens pretty sweet. Kind of a best of all worlds for the right niche buyer. And looks like a job well done. I don’t think it’s crazy. I wouldn’t buy it though.

edit: for the amount of work put in and the asking price that’s a result of the blood sweat and tears, he probably should have held out for a 4x4 and the 4.0 for his conversion.

This is one of those things you do with the intention of keeping it forever because you're never gonna get you money out of it. I like it, but not 18k like. Maybe 6k like if i'm honest. It looks very well done though.

If it had a 3rd gen interior it would be what Toyota should have built. Looks cool.
