2014 Integrated Navigation no longer has a gps signal

Almost 3 years ago I installed a 2014 nav system in my 2013. Per the instructions at the time, I ordered an OEM Toyota adapter cable and this antenna:

The last few days I've lost the GPS signal so it doesn't know where I'm at or the correct time. I've gone into the service menu to verify I'm not getting a satellite signal. I've tried removing the SD card and making sure it's firmly seated.
I work at a Lexus dealership so I used our shop's GPS test antenna. After driving around the dealership and a quick 1/2 mile trip to Tractor supply, I'm still not getting a signal. Our shop foreman has stated he's never seen a radio go bad in a way that it loses GPS signal (in a Lexus anyways). Only ever seen an antenna go bad.
So is my radio bad (seems unlikely) or should I just order another antenna? Is this a common-ish issue with Tacoma nav systems?

 

Turns out it was a bad antenna. Had to drive it more.
