Which bug deflector is that and where did you purchase from? Have you been able to tell yet how well it deflects bugs from hitting the windshield?
It looks like it is similar in finish and color to your fender covers.

    Thanks.

I priced out to have a shop(ceramic pro) do it and they wanted around $1800. Way too expensive. I didn't look at doing it myself. The Maguire's was a easy way to go.

Exactly why I didn't go the have-it-done route. There is a bit of ceramic protection with the spray on, wash off products like Maguire's, and it's easy enough to apply every time you wash your truck.

Added the red D ring shackles. I'm stoked on this SSO bumper.

I didn't use it like that. On initial use, I cleaned my vehicle, then applied it by hand and wiped it by hand. Rinsed the entire vehicle to check for spots that were missed then applied the product a 2nd time then rinsed and dried. I hand polished the whole thing b/c it left residue on the windows and trim. After that it was great. It really makes it easier to wash. I have done it twice in the last year. About to do it again this spring.

Actually it is a "Hood Protector." I got mine on Amazon the cheapest place I could buy one. And I see it is $20 cheaper than I gave for mine last year. The picture is not the correct one but read the description which states it is for our trucks. Make sure you use the alcohol pads that come with it to clean the paint where it sticks on the hood. I used a little alcohol and a microfiber towel to clean my paint.

I actually have this at home. I was using it on my Jeep hardtop. It did a good job. I have used it on my girl's cars but not on the Tacoma yet. Now the TW Shine-N-Seal works great on my T4R wheels.
