Then there's times where you're passing someone and both of you are already well over the limit and someone else with fireants in his pants doing 20+ over can't wait for you to get by and move over. Nobody owns the road, not me, you, or the other guy.

All those stinking signs should be removed. We're lectured constantly about 'distracted driving' so what does Cal Trans do, DISTRACT drivers with those stinking signs.

Go in and be courteous. That doesn’t mean that you are not allowed to criticize, but I would temper that by erroring on the side of constructive criticism. You can honestly let someone know that there were some issues that caused you not to want to work there without burning the place down.
Not sure if you’d want to burn any bridges, especially if you are in the same field.
Believe me, I’ve contemplated what I’d say if I changed jobs...and have to refrain from saying some mean things. But I do think that every job is actually a shit show in some ways, and you don’t want to be seen as the issue. You go in guns blazing and you will “confirm” any suspicion that the problem was not with management but with people like you, and things will be less likely to change.
Just my $0.02.
