Also, I’ve seen quite a few of the Bilstein shocks, that aren’t painted, corroding badly from road salt. I had a set of Ranchos on my previous truck (F150) that we’re finished the same way and looked like crap after a year.

I’d hate to drop that kind of coin again only to have them looking terrible after a central PA winter. Thats one reason why I’m leaning towards a painted shock like OME when I do my lift. Decisions! Decisions.
