Been driving around for a couple of weeks post 2" coil over install + 1" rear and have the most bizarre vibration that I feel in the pedal/floor. It is kind of surge of vibration that is like someone is hitting an on/off switch. It feels like a 'womp….womp….womp' 20-60mph. It is a rather slow oscillation that doesn't really change with speed. Almost like a warped rotor when you are going 5mph. I'm thinking maybe needle bearing, but seems to me that would be a constant vibration and would change with speed.

Put the truck in 4WD and see if it changes. If so, in the needle bearing.

    I’ll give that a try.
Actually figured out a better description. It feels like when you run over those rumble strips on the road just more faint.

I had the same thing you just described right after I put my lift on. It went away when I put it in 4wd. I live very close to ECGS so I had them put their bushing on and it took care of the vibration.

What year model is your truck? There was a TSB to replace the needle bearings to a different size for the earlier 3rd gen models.

2018 I'm sure now they would decline my warranty since I lifted the truck if it was covered. Looks like I will be order from ecgs and spend another weekend tearing apart the front end. At least it is just one side.

I don’t think TSBs are warranty work. I think you can have them done at any time since it is a TSB. But, ECGS is prob going to be better in the long run.

sounds like a drive line vibration .Usually happens with most lifts . There is a carrier bearing drop kit that has fixed the driveline vibration for some its made by old man emu . might work for you .
