Has anyone had any experience with these camper shells? If so how do you like them any long term review would be greatly appreciated. Went by my local ARE dealer to see the different lines first hand. I am looking at replacing the one that came with the truck sometime because it is not the greatest quality topper. They are also a dealer of the Ranch brand and the sales guy said they were in on par with ARE, LEER, Snug top, etc in terms of quality. They did look nice and are about 500 bucks cheaper optioned the way I would want.

I have a color matched Ranch topper on my F150 and I'm very happy with it... Got it 2 years ago, looks brand new still. I have the cargo rack on top. Very secure with locking handles on both ends rather than one in the middle. No leaks, wish I had gotten the full fold down inside rear window instead of the slider - it's nearly impossible to clean the rear glass now. I shopped around a lot, best price since I couldn't find a used one. Here's a pic of my 2006 F150 with the cap.F41BF0CB-00BB-40B8-8C16-9D0985E32484.jpg

DSCN0422.jpg I am loving my Ranch Sierra. Removable front slider, screened side sliders, reinforced roof, double handle rear locks, carpet headliner, $1,250. Windoors would have added $500, decided I could live without them, kinda wishing I'd popped for them. Oh well. Anyway, the fit and finish are excellent and I am very pleased with it.The top photo show the added rhinorack tracks, heavy duty crossbars and snowboard (fishing rod) racks.IMG_0070.jpg

Thanks guys. The trucks look good. I am looking at the premier line. I like the concept of the windoors but me being short and the truck being lifted they are useless to me. My truck has one on the DS and I haven't used it once since I've owned the truck. Even when it was stock height I couldn't really utilize it.

This thread is 2 years old, worth noting.

On topic, I like my ranch topper, its held up pretty good. I just wish it had the bolts that thread down into rail nuts instead of just clamps, cause it does almost always shift to one side when I wheel. Easy enough to loosen up and shove back over though.

Bought the truck used with this ranch topper. It seems well made and does the job. I would of got a cpl more upgrades on it if I was ordering it but o well. 20190508_082115.jpg 20190420_192734.jpg

Just got this on Facebook Marketplace. Really nice cap. Has the optional Thule rack, one piece rear door, interior carpet and power slider.

The owner had had it for 5 months. He gave me the original bill of sale and it was $2700. I got it for $1200 as he had sold the truck and bought a Tundra.
