Just curious if anyone has one of these, I know, why spend that much on one of those when you can buy 10 of that other gun that shoots just as good. The Combat Master was a limited production gun and now that they have stopped making them I have seen sold and selling prices ranging from $4000 on up to $8500. Prices could possibly double over the next year.

Have done a lot of searching and video watching on these and many people who use them feel like they are cheating. The slide on them is like operating one on a .22 except for the brick of a gun G44. Beautiful pistol. Wish I could have gotten one before they sold out.

    Oh wait.....

    I did..... :anonymous:

My local LGS had ordered 2 of them and they were asking if I wanted one. I told them I hope they sell them before I seen them or I know I would want one. Ended up telling them to put my name on one. Little over 3 months later it showed up.

Haven't shot it yet, just too busy with un-fun stuff. All I can say if you get a chance to handle, check it out. Awesome. Everyone that has seen it is amazed with it. Anyway, I hope I don't get what I have read on other forums about buying something like this. The hate, and just why would you waste your money. If I could afford a Lamborghini I WOULD buy one, it is how I am. It's just that thew pistol was cheaper. o_O

    Very nice!

I just spent $1400, more than I've ever paid for a pistol, for a Dan Wesson and when I first shot it I could instantly see where my money went. With this in mind, I can't even imagine how this shoots. Does it light your cigarette for you when you're done haha! That pistol is bad ass.

I have a TRP that I dumped $3800 into. Wish I would have just gotten a STI DVC Omni.

Congrats!!! You won't regret your choice when you start shooting it. There will always be haters when it comes to these type of pistols. I've had a chance to shoot the CM a couple of times and they are amazing. If you really want to feel like you're cheating, add a steel grip.

Dan Wessons are nice, shot a friends a couple years ago and I was impressed. Don't always need to spend a lot for quality. I have one of the Remington R1 Tacticals. Can't believe how smooth it is for no more than it cost. As far as cig lighting, will have to wait and see.

Wow, what did you have done to it. I had one I wish I would have never gotten rid of but too late now. They are really nice too. Would like to get one in 10mm in the near future.

Thanks. Never really looked yet as to different grips, those look pretty sweet. One thing I was surprised to see
on the CM is the plastic trigger, oh well. I think TTI and STI know what they are doing. I just don't want to breathe to hard around it, dang trigger is light.

yeah you don't get into the factory metal shoe triggers until you go custom 2011's aka Atlas, Triarc, Infinity. you can always swap one in if you prefer a a flat or longer/shorter trigger. the CM should be dialed in close to 2 lbs from the factory. One of the ones I shot was modified to sub 1lb for competition.

As for the grip, it's not necessary. I had an extra one in my safe and it fit with no work so I leave it on for fun.
