    /sigh my poor analyst doesn't really learn.

    Last week she had troubles receiving responses from folks, so I asked her to give me her list and I sent out personalized emails to everyone and got her all the responses she needed.

    She then tells me she's going to do the same thing today which is great, except that I now see she's copy/pasting the exact same email to everyone and just blasting them out individually. Smh... She didn't even bother to address it to them by name.

    I seriously give up with her. She wants to grow into my role which is way more relationship management than anything and she can't even bother to personalize an email. :annoyed:
