Recommend me a front skid

    If you can weld, Coastal Offroad makes a kit for $330 or so, plus shipping (yeah, shipping skids ain't cheap). It goes from the bumper to behind the transfer case. It's not the nicest, but the bang for the buck factor is pretty darn high.

    I have one put together, just can't catch a day warm enough to paint and install it.

    I’ve got sos concepts they’ve been great, 3/16 steel with a cutout for the drain plug. I installed a fumoto valve for easy and clean oil changes. I have about 3/4in clearance between the tip of the valve and opening of then skid plate.

    This. I’ve never removed my RCI skid, super easy to do oil changes.
