Remote services inconsistent engine start

Anyone else have this issue?

2020 TRD Off-road with remote services. I can see the app connects to the truck as i can get the status to update, so no connection issues, but when I try and start the engine I have to try 3-5 times before it fires up.

 

I can't even connect right now...and it worked last week. Currently the screen just spins and attempts to log in, and then it times out

 

Mine just started doing that this week (just kept spinning). I had to uninstall/reinstall the app today, now it is working again.

 

Just FYI you can remote start with your keyfob too if your app isn't working.

Press the lock key 3 times, on the third time hold it down for 5ish seconds.

 

You just have to be fairly close, the range for the fob isn't that great (compared to other manufacturers).
