Recently bought a used ARE MX series for my first gen. Going thru the process of getting the seals replaced and fixing poor repairs from the previous owner.... does anyone know where to get this kind of seal from? Outside of the slider side of the window, slides into the frame.

Best bet to go to the ARE dealer?
