    The only time I have seen alot of snow is in Lake Tahoe and up around Donner Pass.

    According to Danny it's been a while since this much accumulated at once; first time this year for sure. The drifts on the trail were 40"+. The pics of only Danny out in front were because I could NOT get out 'cuz the snow bank was up to the windows on my side.

    Somebody mentioned this week the state annual snowfall is above average, but I haven't confirmed that. Just checked, Anchorage is a few inches over the 48" average at 51" currently. If this recent trend of snow continues, I reckon we'll be far above average before break-up gets here.
