What is the largest wheel I can put on a stock 2020 SR5?

You can put on 20" or 22" wheels no problem. I bet 24" or even 26" if you want. You don't even need to lift it.

I have not seen a Pro style wheel bigger than a 17. Doesn't mean they aren't out there.

I can confirm, 265 70 17 fits great and was cheaper then the same tire in stock size

Lots of detailed info here and real world experience with builds. Some folks have put in 255/80/17s before a 2" lift and were fine for their style of wheeling.
