Any of you local guys have experience installing the URD SPEC-U headers? I’ve done the Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers many many years ago on my XRunner, that didn’t require removing the studs. Any input would be greatly appreciated. :)

sorry man, haven't heard of anyone doing header work.
Mostly just stuff from the cat rearwards to the exhaust tip but that'ss about it.
Bumped into a guy with MBRP (based in huntsville) pipes but never asked more than what he ran with, not sure if they make headers

Best advise I can give for removing the studs: PB blast them the night before. Then PB blast in the morning. Once you are ready to remove the studs, grab 2 of the nuts that fit on them and screw them down the stud as far as you can. Put the box end of an open end wrench on the lower nut. Then tighten the nuts against each other. Using the box end on ONLY the bottom nut, turn counterclockwise. This will remove the stud without putting too much twist and torque on the it, like you would if trying to remove it by it's self.
