    I notice that the Prinsu racks advertise a 40in cutout but that lightbar is 42in. They're still compatible? Just wanna make sure that it will actually fit.

    That’s understandable, but yes, they’re fine.

    Sorry to jack your thread but I have the Prinsu rack with the narrower cutout...is there a good flood beam option out there? I’m frustrated by the forward focused beam I have currently. Would love more light to the sides.

    Does the light bar sit lower than the prinsu rack cross slats ? I want to be able to use the full length of the track for longer items.

    Hi sorry for delay. I’m sure it all depends on what brackets you use. Mine sits just below flush. I used the brackets from caliraised LED.

    I have a Heretic Studio light bar in my Prinsu. that thing brings the sun. this was definitely the biggest "splurge" purchase for truck, but every time I turn that thing on...dayum. it lights up the world. I'm sure the Rigid or Baja Designs are super nice too.

    Haha. I hear you on that. I’ve been through 1 winter with this setup so we’ll see how long it lasts. Rigid does seem to be the popular way to go.

    @wessyder

    Question for you, does your Heretic light bar sit flush with the Prinsu cross bar?

    Perfect! Thanks for this, looks like I know what light im going to be ordering up. On to the next question for you. How did you wire it up, down the left side of the windshield?

    I did but if I did it again I would probably go to the back of the cab and then down along the frame and in to the engine bay. The cord didn’t sit right and comes out occasionally. Since then I’ve wired a bunch of stuff the other way.
