Considering I need coils, top hats and shocks, and am on a budget and rarely take my truck in the woods I am considering these over Bilstein and the hassle of getting all components, assembling etc. there are some ancient threads about them, anybody currently using them? They are advertised as 1.750 lift. Thanks BD6088F4-E89C-4412-8B68-5BAE4F229E1B.jpg

I've have them on my truck for a couple of years. No problems, they gave me the lift they advertised, ride far better than my original wore out ones. I have mine set on the softest setting but they can easily be stiffened up by turning the knob. I use my truck on and off road.

Heres my thing, I need for my sanity to convince myself that this will provide the amount of lift I currently have with this mess. I can save a couple hundred and some aggravation going this route..

I got 1 3/4 lift being V6. I see you are 4 cylinder, you may get more lift than I did. I would buy them again.

I just bought them and waiting to put them on. They had decent reviews and my truck is mainly for hunting. Also bought a 3 in body lift to be able to run 33s

Can also look at the Eibach 2.5” springs and their 2.5” lift shocks. They seem very affordable also.I too am considering doing a budget lift for time being until I can get the Toytech Boss Lift with UCAs and the works.I need tires so I really don’t wanna waste money putting 265s back on truck I rather lift it an get 32s or possibly squeeze 285s on it and a lift is necessary

84F3190D-E42E-495F-A1C4-2D98004EE1C7.jpg I decided to go this route, I for whatever reason thought they were more expensive than this. Free UPS Ground Shipping. Thanks to all

5100's and 880's are a really good pair. You wont regret it. And swapping in the pre assembled shock will be a piece of cake. Maybe 45 mins a side if you take your time.

If I went with 5100s What spring should I go with on a 4cly model or will I be good and not super stiff up front?

How much lift do you want?

My 4cyl on 880's/5100's got 1.75" or so.

Id do an 881. But be prepared to possibly need new upper control arms with that much lift.

Yeah I figure I will have to.Might just have to bite the bullet but I would like to be high enough to clear tires Decently. Was rally hoping there was a lift I could buy an run it at about 1.5-1.75”s for time being and then turn it up to 3”s once I can afford control arms
