My truck is the same footprint as AC or DCSB taco. I park like this every day.

My garage is 17' x 19' so it's either just a two car garage and nothing else or my truck with enough room for work benches on one side. Luckily my wife doesn't care about parking in the garage. I want to raise the header for the garage door though (just in case I ever upgrade to a tundy)

You living in the country on a dead end road while parking your Tacoma in a carport reminded me of an old saying from the early 80's. We'd always recite this while surfing down in Mexico. " A palapa in Ixtapa is better than a condo in Redondo." I still believe that today. Enjoy your country living!

I built my new garage specifically to be able to house my Taco and my husband’s Tundra. I store mine during the Maine winters so there was no way she was gonna sit out. Owned a Wrangler before and didnt care..

I COULD, but I park my other toy in there instead. I used to garage the taco for a couple years, but it's an outside truck now.

It's sitting in a ~1800 sq sf shop heated to 60' with plenty of room around it.

Mine will fit in the garage, I but only bring it vacuum it and stuff...

What's annoying is that my parents' house is touted as having a 2-car garage; The house was built in 2016 and is quite big! However, my mom has a 2013 Nissan Murano, my dad has a 2018 GMC Yukon, and it is impossible to fit both in the garage at the same time!

    Stuff, things, this, an ADS
Garage is for tools and work shop, 4runner and Tacoma stay parked outside. But I measured and the Tacoma doesn’t fit thanks to spare hanging off the rear

I say ya got yer head screwed on right, fit the vehicles in 1st and then pack everything you possibly can around them. So what if you have to back out the car/truck to get to a paint can? Looks like mine. Keep your taco dry and your wife happy.

Yup. Luckily I have a bit of a welding skill. So I made those shelves all around LOL. It does suck at times having to move the vehicles out to do work in garage but yes I'd rather have both our vehicles in the garage.
