Toyota Pickup with 1,800,000 miles

I currently have a 3rd gen and miss my first gen. Was looking on CarGurus and found a listing in Florida for this:

The ad is still up, the zip code is 32725. Not sure if the link I pasted will work or not. I wonder if it was a typo? Possibly added an extra digit somewhere? Seems more likely to be 18x,xxx miles. But you never know. And being a Toyota engine, would we really be tooooo surprised?? Nah
