I'm not sure if its squirrels or chipmunks but something has been chewing on my cabin in numerous spots. I've tried critter repellent sprays after I load the dogs in my truck as I'm leaving with no luck and now I put out a baited trap when I leave and so far no luck. I even keep this 22 handy but when I'm there I don't see'em.

@68dave I'm so sorry for your loss. That truly sucks. I never even met the pup and I am heartbroken. Losing a pet is hard, but we go in to that relationship knowing in the back of our minds we will probably outlive them and have to face losing them. I always adopt from shelters and try to give my dogs the best life possible. I tell my wife all the time how thankful I am that we found our dog. She has been a great companion.
    Here's mine:

On a much lighter note I got my chainsaw parts the other day. Spent some time cleaning up the oil pan and crank. Started to reassemble last night. Put in new oil seals, but used the old bearings. They feel great and are pressed on. Main bearing feels great too. Put the crank in, new wrist bearing, wrist pin, piston, piston rings, and wrist clips. Made sure everything was assembled wet and put the new cylinder head on and torqued it down. Now I just need to reassemble the clutch, flywheel, and all the other odds and ends to put the saw back together and see if it runs. Also, either I ordered the wrong kit or they sent me the wrong one, but I have the bigger of the big bore kits for this saw. Go big or go home I guess. I'm going to keep the OE cylinder head and maybe have it honed if it blows up again instead of using Chinesium parts.

Howdy Joseph! Welcome to the best damn Tacoma forum on the interwebs and the Kool Kidz thread :hattip:

I think you might be better off taping them off and shooting them with plastidip Brother. I am not sure about your trade but you might get lucky. But if you plastidip them you get black right now, sort of preserve them for the next guy, and later, if you do find someone, you can just peel it right off.

    Thanks for your service.

Thanks for the advice...and yes I’m hoping to get lucky at this point! Also, forgot to mention I’m willing to add cash to the deal if needed. I’ve never used plastidip so I’m gonna hold off on that for now!
