    My little red SR 4x4 should arrive next week. In the meantime, this was my first Toyota truck (76 or 77?) that I owned between 1996 and 2000. Mods included: matching beach towel/seat covers; rubber bungee hood tie downs and custom paint by my daughter's Brownie troop. Loved that truck and looking forward to posting pics of the new one.

    The old truck spent its final years as a hay wagon on my brother in law's farm. Think it is now a wildlife habitat.

    Not sure the poster paints will stick to Barcelona Red. The old truck had three-tone gray primer paint job when I bought it.

    Guy I bought it from said either 177,000 or 277,000, no one knew for sure. Took two trips to the ATM to pay for it.
