OEM Jack/Tools?

So my 97 reg cab came to me missing the bottle jack and associated tools. I see that there’s specific mounting tabs for all missing parts behind my bench seat. That said, most kits I see listed online (eBay etc) don’t have that long handle and come in a small pouch. I’m guessing that only the reg cabs had their kits mounted directly to the rear wall of the cab. As I’d like to find the right kit, does anyone have any suggestions on how to? A photo of the original kit would be greatly helpful in identifying what I’m looking for!

I believe I have all my original jack and tools from my 99 regular cab. I would consider selling.
