Well crap. Now I have to dig through all 400 of my kids Hot Wheels again. Gotta find which ones are worth some money these days.

 

LA Hooker Mustang. I love these funny cars but not the price. I did stop being cheap long enough to get this one. I have a old black and white picture of John Force driving this car long before anyone ever heard of him.

 

that's beautiful. very detailed. what scale is this car?

 

Not sure the scale on these. Its bigger than a 1/24 scale model. I wanted more of these but $100 a pop is steep. I got this one at Summit Racing with a gift card I got for Christmas a few years ago. There is 10 or 12 different cars in this series. They are all sharp.

 

Here are some more. The Sox and Martin 67 Satellite is a large metal car. Ive had it 15 years. The Hawaiian front engine rail I found at a Meijers store in Columbus 8 or 10 years ago. I got lucky finding that one. Some of my large Mean Machines are with the Godzilla Photo. I had 2 Red 55 Chevys but repainted the one Red and Black. I had a large Lindeburg model 70 Gremlin that I bashed a large Mean Machine with. My brother in law had to have that one. He has a Gremlin. It was neat. The 96 F150 is on a car crusher chassis.

 

Hot Wheels 69 Chevelle. Just real riders added to this one. Base and body cut to fit. I like this stance with the tire tucked up in the wheel well. My friend who made it likes the factory raked look with the wheel well above the tire just like the 68 Cougar I posted a few pages back.

I wish I had a friend like yours. Mine just take stuff and never bring it back.

Firebird with a Songbird

 

Hot Wheels 62 Impala. Custom paint and flame graphics, base cut to fit real riders, and detailed.

 

What is that place? The building is beautiful.

 

It's called the Steeple. It's located in Downtown Mobile on the corner of St Francis Street and North Joachim Street. It's an event venue now but used to be St Francis Street Methodist Church.

 

40 Willys Gasser. Large metal car. Picked up around 2000.

 

Hot Wheels custom 66 nova. New paint and stripes, real riders, blower added and detailed.

had to go back and fix that front tire

 

$24.97 at my local Walmart. Almost paid $20 for just the Datsun wagon off ebay a week ago because I loved the color.
