I'm looking to put up a hardshell RTT setup on the truck, so no more trailer, unless the whole fam is coming.

Would love to hear any recommendations. Here's where my current thinking is at:

    Options:
GFC - pretty sweet, but I wouldn't want to put dogs in the back, and I don't think it seals enough dust and water out for me.

The FWC setups are cool, but heavy and pricey and I wouldn't want to put dogs in there.

I think that leaves me looking to swap my current canopy for something reinforced, with sliding windows, and tent on top. Looking at the ARE CX HD, or maybe the Alucab, dunno.

I went from a camper shell to a Diamondback for exactly this reason.
EDIT: I now realize that you dont want to the dogs sleeping in the RTT, but in the camper shell. So disregard above and just enjoy that picture of my dogs.

Yeah they ride in the cab with me mostly, but I'd like to be able to stuff them in the bed when they are wet and muddy.
