Solid Tonneau Cover

Looking for a solid one piece cover but I have one requirement that I have not been able to find. I want to be able to open the tailgate without lifting the cover. All the covers I have found all go over the tailgate and you can't open the tailgate until you lift the cover.

I understand that years ago when they started making these that tailgates didn't lock and it was a good security feature. Now though with power tailgate locks everywhere the security issue is gone. I did find Laserlite which had one that didn't go over the tailgate but they are gone. I like the undercover models but I would have to take a router to the back to enable the tailgate to clear. Don't want to do that if I can help it

Anyone know of another cover that would work or a way around this?
