Well had my roof painted on my 08 dc and now one of my moldings is missing. Call the guy and told him and all I got was silence. So does anybody know where I can get some besides Toyota. Maybe a upgrade like carbon fiber look or something. Thanks for any info

    Car wash.

Seriously though the ones with the spinning drum type brushes.
They have been known to “snatch” a few. Especially if there is a gap between the roof and molding for the brush to wedge in and pull it off.

When you do replace it. Glue the pi$$ out of it. Just for a little more insurance later.

Other than that, used or dealer is the only place I know to look.

I'm confused. Does he run a real auto paint shop or was this some backyard deal? If he lost it it's his responsibility to find you a new one, or at the very least pay for one.

Kinda thought the same thing. When I had some paint work done on a door the guy removed the emblem and never put it back on. I stopped by the shop and he grabbed it from him. Honesty mistake since putting badges on fresh paint isn't a good idea.
