This is the first dog Ive started from a puppy since Chinook, 4 dogs ago.

Max was 2 when I rescued him
Jake the black lab was 1

So I forgot about all that fun puppy stuff, never knew what I was going to come home to.

Dont even get me started on the puppy land mines in the hallway barefoot in the middle of the night heading to the kitchen for some midnite oreos...lol

Came home from work one day, say hey to the neighbor who is home all day, he says, youre not going to be too happy with cody.....hmmm, wonder what he did THIS TIME....

He had grabbed the corner of the bedding and dragged everything off the bed out into the back yard and was sound asleep on a pile of sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows.

    Couches?
This dog destroyed my entire world by the time he grew out of it hahahaaa

So hard to stay mad at them!

You think you puppy proofed everything, go to work & come home and.....nope!
    He found something!!!
    Always
    Every freakin day

So glad he finally got over it.

    Great looking pups btw

    Another lonnnng night

    Stupid leg

A large muscle inside the leg will not stop cramping.
Side effect from fri nights siezure.
Constant massage is finally releasing it for short periods.

He jumped up on the couch himself when I brought him in, thats a win.
And he just rotated into this position without yelping in pain by himself, another win!

I'll take paw twitching dreams over full body spasms anyday!
    Get that squirrel buddy
    Screenshot_20200227-062955_Gallery.jpg

He'll be jumping up in the truck by this weekend I just know it

    Ahhhh thats the spot
Actually its deep inside the leg near the hip socket but it all feels good atm

    Thank you for the review.

Always nice to hear a review on someting from somebody who has actually used the thing being reviewed.

I 2nd this from recent personal experience giving the canine cbd oil to my dog or any dog for the first time.

I met a guy during this past summer who swears it helped his old dog.

The girl at the feed store where I got it said she gives it to her older yellow labs after a hunt and it helps them.

My younger brother works in the industry on the people cbd side of it.

I have also seen excellent results with two past older retrievers with cosequin.

The vet gave cody the newer version called dasuquin monday.

You can get it from Amazon. Been feeding it to Riley for a few months and I do think it helps although it does not relieve pain or necessarily change the condition of the joints.

The new (to me) stuff or the cosequin?
Was actually heading to walmart for some cosequin max ds after the vet but he turned me on to the new dasuquin stuff so I figured Id give it a try.

And yes its not a miracle, none of it.
    But it helps.

I have lifted an old, worn out, sore retriever into the truck, out of the truck and into the house because he just couldnt do it after a full day of retrieving, and seen the results.

Before my vet tech friend recommended it, he would be sore for days.
After the cosequin, he was good to go (no hunting day two!) the next day after a good nights rest.

    Just changed positions again.
He has not laid comfortably with his hips like this for days!

    Progress

Love to get back to a few random pics of funness every now and then.

I was referring to Dasaquin, not CBD.

Dasaquin is what I was referring to.

BTW, you want to check the CBD you give your dog. Some contain ingredients that are not good for dogs. In other words, give one that is formulated specifically for dogs.
