Info on Entune Premium Latest Version

Hope Someone can help. I own a 2018 TRD PRO with Entune Premium Audio wirh Nav. I would like to know what the latest map version is and if I am do for a update.
My dealer is 45 miles away and says I need to make an appointment. They won't do it over the phone.
I can't find any Entune support on line either.

My current map version is 05-37-51 . 2017-04-01.

Its just a sd card, not a software flash the dealer needs to do.

So, pop open the little door on the right bottom, remove the card and look at the part number. The current PN is 862710E072
Old PN is 86271-0E072 or 862710E071

Thanks, Will do. FYI, finally got through to Entune support. They are no help. They said I have to go to the dealer. Should be Entune No Support.

 

The gps are never made by the company that makes the car, so they have no clue how any of it works and want you to talk to tech support, but since the car its installed in is not made by the gps company, tech support will send you to the dealer. Its a terrible cycle that most of the time leaves you frustrated and giving up.
