Been awhile since I have check the site for 2.0 update and would prefer to not go back to a random spot to start reading up.

Right? Suspiciously quiet on that front. This is an extremely important feature to me and my fear is that if it doesn’t drop in 2.0 it’ll never happen.

 

Yup. I just had my 2017 TSB done at my dealership a week ago. Just told them the “issue” and referenced the TSB number. My truck got a free tune update. And it is good! So good!
Don’t even have any ovtunes now. Think I’ll just wait for 2.0 final now.

2.0 is in final testing stage. If you don’t want to read through everything, take a look at these two posts (#57199 , #57230) for a hint of possible release.

 

I plan on going to the dealer to get ecu update this weekend while waiting on REG key. If they are aholes about it, am I understanding that I can do It myself with the OVT kit I just bought without additional hardware? I know you said we can go back and read up on it but , any idea how far? This thread is GIANT! Thanks for your info!

No information on whether the tune will still function while radar cruise control is active.....

Ouch 2,868 pages of thread. Maybe its time to archive it and start with a new thread for the new 2.0 Update LOL. I'm super confused.

 

The question is will the tune be disabled while radar cruise control is active?

 

I said “When I’m driving on the highway through the mountains (between Alberta and BC) and I put my foot all the way down on the gas pedal (to accelerate up a steep hill or pass a vehicle) my truck will sometimes stumble or have no response. I did some research online and found TSB-006218. Can you please address this issue for me?”

Everyone else was right. My truck now idles, accelerates, cruises, and shifts SO much smoother and with more response.
