    What is this? It’s not plugged into anything, it’s taped to the wires for the windshield washer pump.

    No idea, I looked on my 16 TRD Sport and a 17 TRD OR that is in my bay, and both have it. So I'd say it's normal. Maybe for something on a Canadian truck.

    I believe it's for a windshield washer fluid heater on the Canadian models?

    edit: I think I may have remembered incorrectly. A low washer fluid indicator light on Canadian models sounds correct.

    Low washer fluid sensor. Some models had a light in the dash.
