    I have the opposite problem - the 50 is a bit much for just me and the lady - even on the 2 week road trip we just took.

    That would be nice but I can't fit the CFX 50 in my bed with the cover. Too tall. So I'm looking at different brands that can give me more space but lower profile.

    Thats been my same problem. I have not found one that fits i the tacoma below the top fo the bed. 3rd gen you have another inch or so. Low profile ones come in around 18" and change. Curious to see what you find out.

    I have considered that. it may barely fit but with my current setup limits a bunch of areas. if I did not have a sleeping platform in the back it wouldn’t be an issue.
