I think some of the damage I did to him was there before anyways, I was backing out of a parking spot and this old bozo was texting not paying attention, and I figured, oh well, hell let me go, then when I’m backing up he drives right into the back of me. Taco took it like a champ no visible damage at all bumper took the whole hit so yeah.. Insurance is gonna dispute it out which will probably put the blame on me, but he may need some new panels after this one... hehe

Welcome to the "I fucked up a Mercedes and it wasn't my fault" club!

Back in 2015, I got hit by a drunk old man in a 2002 Mercedes E320; $2,200 in damage to my Taco and his car was totaled! Karma's a bitch!

 

It was 9pm and pouring rain when the accident happened, so I didn't get a picture of Sir Drinks-A-Lot's Mercedes...

 

Yeah fucker was texting and driving and I’m quite certain he kept going even when I was there to maybe get some insurance money. Back of his Mercedes didn’t look too good as it stands so maybe he’s pulled shit like this before. And I’m not sure how I damaged his bumper like that either. You can see the scrape marks which shows you he tried to keep driving even after impacting me.

 

The guy who hit me was a piece of shit; He got a DUI, and I later found it was wasn't his first rodeo!

Back in the 1980s, the asshole killed somebody while driving drunk! He then lied to his insurance company and said I ran a stop sign, and unbelievably they believed him despite glaring evidence that he was at fault; My insurance company had to eat the cost of fixing my truck, but they waived the deductible and didn't raise my rates!

 

Sounds like a clusterfuck. Anything involving DUI should automatically make the person with the DUI at fault as a result of them driving impaired. Don’t get how the fuck that works

That looks like an older Benz; I wouldn't be surprised if they totaled it! Once Benz is more than ten years old, it doesn't take much to exceed the actual cash value of the vehicle in a collision!

yeah it’s a 2005 when I got out of my truck and saw it was a Benz I was like fuckkkk but in reality I think my trucks actually worth more than his Mercedes haha
