I got out in 2000, so yeah, I've been out for 20 years now. If I do get another tattoo, I want to go to Japan and get it done the old fashioned way.

I got both of mine when I was deployed to the phillippines...not traditional, but still great work. I wasn't in Okinawa long enough to get a tattoo done, I just realized I coulda had one done there last summer when I was there on vacation. Doh!

I don't know what kind of ink they use, but the red is much more vibrant and last so much longer!

My wife can't stop talking about Ranger! Our Cleo has the same sweet personality, we'll bring her along with us next time. Get some of them GA boys together and we'll go for a ride!

Very cool @cubie . Looks like a blast!
So you started Sat am and did the entire Traverse?
How long (total driving time) does it take?
    No issues with road closures?

I think we started riding @9am and finished 70-80 miles of it by 5pm. No issues with road closures until the end of the loop. @Brian422 would know better, they stayed two nights, we only stayed one.

We did like 50 miles of the loop and then couldn’t complete the last stretch because gate was closed. It really didn’t matter though because we wouldn’t let have had time anyways! It was actually perfect hate was closed because that was our ending point! It was so much fun and can not wait to go back!

Georgia Traverse is around 390 miles. Another good one is (KAT) Kentucky Adventure Tour it's around 1000 miles.
