We see that shit all the time at my beach house. People either try to cut across the bay to get to the ICW from the Bay's channel. Or they anchor up on the Sand bar in the middle while the tide is still going out and boom stuck there. It's entertaining

Sometimes people beach high on purpose if they have no desire to watch the boat and/or want to keep fucking with it while the tides come and go.

 

Yeah I know those types the ones I am talking about are complete idiots and you can tell by their reaction.

 

For sure...I haven’t found a sandbar like that yet but I’m sure it’s coming. I’ll just break out the beer and either wait on the tide or a tow.

 

Beers better and less expensive .

 

Just make sure you got some strong straps onboard for a tow unless you gonna call and pay. I've done it by accident before posting up and wade fishing getting back to the boat and ooops it's stuck. We tied like 6 dock lines and all snapped. So keeping a good snatch strap or something onboard would be a good idea from my experience.

 

I keep a tow membership...cheap enough “insurance”.

 

Yeah this was before there was a franchise near where I go or they started really getting popular/big. So I didn't have one.

Haha one bottle of weller is gone, and 1000ml of trace. Buffalo trace is my favorite so I stock up when I find it. I gotta lay off during the week though. Shit is to easy to drink for me.
