    when Jeep stopped the 4.0 I knew I would not be buying a new one, and after the Cherokee rental I had in Ohio a few years back... It was confirmed

    Had a 2011 jk, bought it in 2010 and sold it in 2013. Broke down and left me stranded about once a year for at least two weeks each time. The last time was a thrown rod at 30,000 miles. The only way I’ll get another Jeep is if I can find a super clean body j10.

Owned it from around 1983-84 until around 1988-89

    get that oil pan off and get a look at the bottom end. I bet it will run if the liners are not pitted all to hell.
