Nice! They're extremely quiet on the road. I hardly notice a difference between ride quality and mpg over the stock kevlars. I've gone up to the mountains with them once, but it was dry conditions, so of course they performed well. Probably gonna be the only wheels on this truck for a long time! How you liking yours?

Saturday evening I installed a Mountain Hatch Tailgate Panel I got from @runnin4tacos and had a little driveway pseudo-camp dinner with my daughter using my "new" Coleman Double burner stove (courtesy of @quis23 - thank you again).

Sunday saw a fluid change on the MT, Transfer Case, and Rear Diff. Was running low on gear oil for the Front Diff, so I'll have to hit that on the next warm weekend

Nothing like a tailgate breakfast in the driveway to start the day.

I actually had this happen when I took the dial out and dipped it (because I'm obsessed with deleting chrome). The dial is fairly simple to remove. Look on Meso Custom's website and check out his interior chrome delete package. There you will find the video that shows you how to get it out. Check and make sure the internals are where they are supposed to be. I actually put mine back together the wrong way and my truck was stuck in 4 lo. Hope this helps. Cheap way to check before you spend a ton of money.

Found a type s license plate camera with a dedicated screen from Costco for $50(there was only one i think it was a return). Just plug and play no wiring.
Installed on my front license plate and with some double sided tape stuck the screen to my lower console. Works decently. For now.

I agree, the green does look good on black. I bet it'd look good even if ALL of the badging was green. :anonymous:

A place called Sheep Bridge, north of Phoenix on the Verde River. The trail to get out there was pretty rough, especially with the trailer, but nothing the Taco couldn't handle. I custom built the teardrop on a trailer frame and have been upgrading/modifying it since. It has higher clearance than the truck so I can take it just about anywhere. If you want to know more about the build you can PM me.

    A teaser. Planning a write-up soon...
SparkNotes version: Installed Rigid SAE Selective Yellow 6in Fog Light bars in the lower grill using the CaliRaisedLED bracket and some inventive use of aluminum tubing. Will likely put it back out in the spring and paint/coat the aluminum.

Shout-out to crashnburn80 for his testing and recommendations in his fog lights thread! (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-led-sae-j583-fog-pod-fog-light-review.554813/) As well as asnwering a few additional questions via PM.

@ragofabrication had a sale on bed stiffeners, so picked up a set and installed them this weekend! Easy mod that I've been putting off for way too long.

Hey guys! Added a Garmin Dashcam Mini with the rear view mirror power adapter. Works great and you don’t see it at all from inside. The footage is real nice too. Simple.

I also added 2020 OEM bed lights. Now I can see under my bed cover at night!
