So maybe they changed something with the 2020 rear speakers adapter?

I've seen a 2017 rear speakers swap video and the adapter is nothing like mine.

I have a 2020 TRD Pro with the non-JBL but "premium" sound.

No freaking idea why the Manual Transmissions Pros didn't get the JBL audio. Also, no keyless entry or push to start on MT. Totally cool.

Replaced the fronts and tweeters and it sounds awesome but can't figure out what to do about the rear.

Traditional fit for front and rear adapter on left and the mutch smaller fit on the right.

Certainly looks different than my 2019 access cab rears (which look like the white one)

    From Crutchfield tech support below.
Well that sucks. Wonder if any harness is in the works but untill then I'm going to have to snip snip.

"Looking at our database on that vehicle, we actually list that no harness is available for the rear location. Looking at those pictures, I'd have to say I agree with that, Toyota appears to have a new connector for the speakers as well this year. We recently discovered their radio plugs changed as well, after almost 30 years of using the same couple plug options.

In the best option is to simply cut that plug off and crimp on some quick slide terminals, then connect to your speaker."

Here are the adapters for the rear speakers on a 2020 Tacoma. I installed a pair of Kickers 6.75” in the rear doors of my 2020 Tacoma last month and they worked beautifully:

I just purchased the Red Wolf harness and can confirm they work and seem to be decent quality.
