I had removed the passenger side pillar to install the Subaru tweeters, and then the plug never went back in tightly, even though the tabs were not bent or broken. I ordered a new one and it has the same problem, it droops like an old man with erectile dysfunction. Any suggestions besides some Fun-Tak?

IIRC there were a couple small fingers on the back that hold it in place and they bend easily.

    Lotsa shit.
this^^ bend them back, or use some decent glue, few drops should hold it and not make it a pain to remove again.

Nope, upper and lower plugs are different shapes.

Nope, there is a short non-bendable tab, a short stub that goes into a mounting hole, and a long very flexible tab.

Those little tabs are what I was referring to, one of them bends a little then it will prevent it from going in.
