    It won't fit because its a 2nd gen hilux surf bumper. 99.9% sure it's different mounting. all i know is that 3rd gen Hilux Surf/4runner bumpers mount similar to 1st gen tacos.

    check japan yahoo auctions. bidding and shipping (oversize item) it to the mainland will cost as much as an aftermarket steel bumper but hey maybe you'll find a deal.
