    It's not a leaky window, it's a leaky 3rd brake light.

OP...you should post a link to this thread on Toyota’s FB and Twitter page. Maybe then you’ll get the attention of corporate, but I’m glad it all worked out to your satisfaction.

Mold a “bio hazard”? I think people might be overreacting. Most mold is harmless to most people. My boat gets that moldy at least once a year when I leave the top on when there is moisture inside. I clean it with a mold cleaner and move on. I’ve considered not ever putting the top on at all. It tends to stay cleaner; less mold, less spiders, etc. I worry about the sun’s effect on the interior though.

That said, I’d be pretty upset if my new truck was full of mold.

Yes, a bio hazard is defined as a biological substance (mold is a biological substance) that poses a threat to the health of living organisms, primarily humans.

For folks with mold allergies, a moldy interior is hazardous. Some moldy environments are hazardous to folks that don't normally have mold allergies if they are severe.

Not to mention once it comes back (it always does), there is no way to tell the type, amount, or hazard. So what if some molds are safe, it’s big difference when theres a potential health hazard vs just being gross.
