3rd Generation Gas Mileage In The Tampa Area

I know there's already a number of threads on 3rd generation gas mileage and the basic gist is that many owners are only getting like 15 miles a gallon. But now I'm wondering about the Tampa area with all our sucky traffic congestion. It's a concern because we basically have almost no such thing as highway miles. It's all hard slow city miles.

So what kind of mileage are you all getting in this town? Can we even get 15, or is it even less than that?

Read that. You answered your own question. I give you major props for even using the search function but then I lost faith when you start to ask about MPG specific to your fucking city.
